In addition to managing the Harrogate International Youth Festival of Performing Arts, Perform Europe also provides quotations to organize non-festival elements of your tour including coach hire to/from Harrogate, airport transfers, accommodation outside of the festival, and extensions to the programme around the UK and Europe including additional concert arrangements.
